Explanation:
For shipping methods that include tracking, you will automatically receive an email from our warehouse after shipment, containing a link to the shipping provider. There, you will be able to see where your shipment is currently located.
Please note that the tracking data is often not available until 8:00 PM, as the shipping provider does not make it available until then. We have no control over this service. Therefore, please avoid inquiries regarding the shipping status.
If you have selected a shipping method that does not include tracking, it is usually a small package or letter shipment. Unfortunately, the shipping provider does not offer tracking for these items. Please therefore avoid inquiries regarding the shipment status. Once you have received the shipping confirmation from us via email, your shipment has been handed over from our warehouse to the shipping provider. From this point on, we no longer have any control over the shipment.
Please avoid inquiries regarding shipping methods that are not listed on our shipping list. We cannot offer shipping methods that are not on the list.
